Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CBC AI Toolkit, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use CBC AI Toolkit on your WordPress websites
  • Access the developer SDK and documentation
  • Use the 13 AI tools included in the plugin

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide and maintain your own API keys from supported providers
  • Comply with the terms of service of third-party AI providers
  • Use the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the plugin

Payment Terms

Free Tier: The plugin is free to download and use. You are responsible for costs incurred with your chosen AI provider.

Managed Tier (when available): Subscription fees will be charged monthly. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codebase Combiner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
